As a Senior Executive, John Blaseos is effective and supportive of the needs of stakeholders working in changing environments. He has been called upon by the Board of Directors and Senior Leaders of a number of organizations to develop and implement strategies, products and services to realize our aggressive growth objectives. He is passionate about engaging client team members towards realizing our goals and objectives. John has been able to apply these skills globally across multiple industries and functions.
Prior to founding Averdus LLC, John was the Executive Vice President for Fenix Parts Inc., a leading provider of recycled automotive parts. At Fenix, John lead Strategy Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, Pricing & inventory Management, and Acquisition Integration and Continuous improvement. Prior to Fenix, John was the Vice President of Continuous Improvement for Stericycle, Inc. the global leader in Healthcare Compliance Services. In his 11+ years at Stericycle John led many key strategic initiatives that supported the growth of the organization. During his tenure John led Stericycle's Continuous Improvement transformation in North America and Europe. He also led the deployment of a daily dynamic routing solution and the centralization of all transportation routing in North America.
John also spent 7 years in management consulting with Deloitte Consulting and Alaris Consulting focused on Supply Chain Management, Continuous Improvement and Strategic Sourcing. He has developed a number of methodologies, tools and training programs that produced lasting, sustainable improvements for his clients.
